Condition: EXCELLENT

1840s Militia Officer’s 70 caliber private purchase flintlock musket by maker Joseph Cooper, NY.  This musket is extensively engraved and gold etched on the barrel, trigger guard, tang on butt plate and lock plate.  The gun is good working order with the original ram rod.  The top jaw hammer screw has been replaced.
